General settings
General settings is your account — everything here affects only you, not your Workspace or your colleagues. Open it from the top-right menu; you'll land on the Profile tab, with the rest of your settings along the top. There's a search box at the top of the page: type what you're looking for ("timezone", "MLS", "signature", "2FA") and Realm jumps you to the right tab.
Profile & identity
Your Profile tab holds who you are:
- Name, photo, and personal phone — your personal phone is used for account verification and 2FA; it isn't shown on your public profile.
- License details — license number, state, and type. Keep these current; they flow into documents and your public profile.
- Broker of Record (solo agents) — where your compliance documents route when you don't have a brokerage above you.
- Appearance — theme (light/dark/system), density, and font size live at the bottom of Profile (there's no separate Appearance tab).
The Profile tab also shows quick cards for your Realm phone, Realm email, and personal website, each with a "Manage" link into the right place to set them up. Your MLS connection has moved to its own tab (see below) — it's a connection, not part of your identity.
Notifications
Choose how Realm reaches you — email, SMS, and push — for new leads, lead replies, tasks due, and your weekly report. You can also set a digest frequency and quiet hours so you're not pinged overnight. These preferences are saved per account, so they follow you across Workspaces.
Connect (communication preferences)
The Connect tab is where you set up your Realm phone number (for client calls and texts), your Realm email and forwarding, your email/SMS signatures, voicemail greeting, call recording, and auto-reply. You can also manage your personal message templates and adopt your brokerage's shared templates here. See the Connect overview for how these are used day to day.
The rest of the tabs
The Settings tab bar runs: Profile · Connect · Calendar · Notifications · Integrations · MLS · Security · Data & Privacy · Exports (solo agents also get a Vendors tab here). The main ones:
- Calendar — your timezone, working hours, default view, and meeting defaults. Calendar sync (Google / Outlook) is turned on here and connected under Integrations.
- Integrations — connect Google / Microsoft sign-in, your calendar and mail, your marketing channels, and document/transaction providers. See Integrations.
- MLS — connect your MLS so Realm pulls in your own listings. Its own tab now (it's a connection, not identity). See Connecting your MLS.
- Security — password, two-factor authentication, passkeys, login alerts, and your active sessions/devices. Add a passkey here for faster, password-free sign-in.
- Data & Privacy — profile visibility and data preferences.
- Exports — download your data from the Export Center.
EVE settings (autonomy mode, the automations catalog) aren't a Settings tab — they live on the Workflows left-nav surface. A broker sets the workspace autonomy ceiling there; every member picks their own Suggest / Guided / Autopilot mode at or below it. See Suggest / Guided / Autopilot.
Most tabs save with a Save Changes button and show a brief "Saved" badge when they're done.
