Leads, sources & buckets
Leads is your new-business workbench. Fresh inquiries arrive from your lead sources, you see who they are, and they get routed to the right agent or team to work. It's the second tab of the People hub (People · Leads · Referrals · Recruiting), so it's one click from your contact book.
Lead sources
A lead's source tells you where it came from — Website, Referral, Sphere (SOI), Zillow, Google, Open House, Social, and more. Sources show as small badges on each lead so you can tell at a glance how it arrived. Leads can flow in automatically from connected sources, or you can add one by hand.
Custom lead buckets
Beyond the source, a brokerage can group leads into named buckets — for example "Commercial," "Relocation," or "Luxury" — and assign agents and/or teams to each one. Buckets are about who works the lead, on top of where it came from: routing a lead into a bucket hands it to that bucket's people. See Lead buckets & routing for the full picture.
Routing and assignment
Routing decides who owns a lead. Use the Status filter — Mine, Needs routing, Converted, Archived — to focus on what needs attention. Newly arrived leads that haven't been assigned show up under Needs routing so nothing sits unclaimed.
Working a lead
For each lead you can see its source, intent (buyer/seller), engagement, and stage, then act on it: reach out via Connect, log activity, or set a follow-up task. EVE's Action Center surfaces the leads most worth your attention and can draft first-touch outreach for you to review and send.
From lead to Realm
As a lead warms up, move it across your Pipeline. When it's real, it converts to a Realm.
