Drips

A drip is a nurture sequence — a planned series of texts and emails spaced out over days or weeks — that keeps a relationship warm without you remembering to send each touch. EVE writes the words for each contact and sends on your schedule, running the same consent, quiet-hours, and frequency checks as everything else in Connect.

Find them under Workflows → Drips in the left navigation.

Built-in drips

Several drips ship ready to use — they're the sequences behind the Automations catalog. Each is a set of touches, each touch a text or an email with a goal EVE turns into a real message per lead. For example:

  • Speed to Lead — four touches over three days to convert a fresh inquiry.
  • Buyer Nurture — five touches over about a month.
  • Seller Nurture — four touches over roughly four weeks.
  • Cold Re-engage — three touches over ten days to win back a quiet lead.
  • Post-Showing — three touches over the week after a tour.
  • Seller Market Update — bi-weekly market touches while a listing is live.
  • Past-Client Stay-in-Touch — a few touches across the year after a close.

Enroll a lead from their contact record; the lead drawer shows where they are in the sequence ("step 3 of 5 · next Tue"). You can pause, resume, or unenroll anyone at any time.

Custom drips

Beyond the built-ins, brokers, admins, and team leads can create custom drips for their brokerage. There are two ways to author one, and both land as a sequence your agents can enroll leads into.

Authoring custom drips is a leadership action (broker / admin / team lead). Agents can enroll leads into any shared drip, but building them is managed at the workspace level.

Install from the library

Open + Create → Install from library to add a vetted, ready-made sequence to your catalog. The library covers common plays:

  • Open House Follow-Up — for open-house visitors.
  • New Listing Coming Soon — for buyers watching inventory.
  • Post-Close Anniversary — a one-year check-in with past clients.
  • Price-Reduction Re-engage — for buyers who viewed a now-reduced listing.
  • Buyer Consultation Prep — for buyers with a scheduled consult.
  • Sphere Quarterly Touch — four touches across the year for your sphere.

Each card shows the number of touches and how long the sequence runs. Install it and it's yours to enroll leads into.

Create with EVE

Open + Create → Create with EVE and describe the drip in plain language — who it's for, how many touches, over how long. EVE drafts a complete sequence (audience, touches, channel per touch, and a goal for each message) for you to review, edit, and save. If you'd rather not lean on AI, EVE still assembles a coherent starting sequence from your brief.

What makes a drip valid

Every drip — installed or EVE-drafted — is checked before it can be saved or enroll anyone, on the principle that you can't create a drip unless it can actually work:

  • Between 1 and 12 touches.
  • Each touch is a text or an email (those are the channels drips send on).
  • Touches are spaced anywhere from immediately up to one year out.
  • Each touch carries a message goal (what EVE should say) — never a link or code to run.

If a draft doesn't meet these rules, Realm explains what's wrong instead of saving something that would silently fail.

How drips send

Drips ride the exact same sending path as the rest of Connect. Each touch becomes a scheduled step; when it's due, EVE drafts the message and — per your autonomy level — either prepares it for your approval or sends it. Opt-outs, quiet hours, and the frequency cap all apply, so a drip never double-touches a contact or messages someone who asked you to stop.
