Reports library

The Report Library is your shelf of ready-to-run reports plus any you've built yourself. Run one on demand, schedule it to arrive on a cadence, or export the results to share.

What's in the library

The library has two groups:

  • Your reports — reports you've created or cloned, with their most recent run results shown so you can see the latest numbers at a glance.
  • Templates — system-built starter reports you can run as-is or clone to customize. They're organized by category:
    • Compliance — document and review status across your REALMS
    • Pipeline — leads and transactions moving through your stages
    • Messaging — your email and text outreach
    • Tasks — what's open, overdue, and done
    • Agents (broker roles) — per-agent activity and production
    • Custom — anything you build that doesn't fit the above

Each template card includes a short note on who and when it's most useful for, so you can pick the right one quickly.

Running and cloning a report

  1. Open Reporting from the left navigation (you land on the Library).
  2. Find a template or one of your reports.
  3. Click Run to generate fresh results now.
  4. To make a template your own, clone it — Realm copies it into *Your reports* where you can rename and adjust it.

Scheduling a report

You can have a report run automatically and deliver on a schedule, so the numbers come to you instead of you chasing them. Open the report, choose Schedule, and set the cadence. Scheduled runs keep a history you can look back through.

Exporting

After a run, export the results to share with your broker, your team, or your own records. Use the export option on the report's results.

Build a report with EVE

You don't have to start from a blank report. Describe what you want in plain language and EVE will draft the report for you — pulling the right data and shaping the columns — then you review and save it. This keeps reporting ambient: you ask for the answer you need, EVE builds the surface to get it.

If a report can't load or a service is briefly unavailable, the Library keeps showing what it can and tells you what's missing rather than going blank. Use Retry to try the run again.
