Activity & Timeline

Realm keeps a record of what happened — across all your work and inside each Realm. The Activity feed is your cross-Realm history; the Timeline is the history of a single Realm. Both answer the same question from different altitudes: what happened, when, and who did it.

Activity feed

The Activity feed is your whole book of business in motion — leads coming in, messages sent, showings done, documents moved, Realms advancing and closing. It groups entries by day so recent work is easy to scan.

Filter by category to focus:

  • All Activity — everything
  • Communication — calls, emails, and texts sent and received
  • Leads — new leads, source matches, assignments
  • REALMS — stage changes, showings, offers, contracts, closings
  • Tasks — task activity
  • Documents — uploads, classifications, approvals
  • Manual — things you logged yourself

You can also filter by source — All Sources, System, Manual, Automation, or Integration — to separate what EVE and automations did from what you did by hand. Rows carry a small Auto badge when an automation logged an entry, and a Manual badge when you did.

Brokers and team leads see activity across the whole brokerage; agents see their own activity across every Realm and contact.

Logging activity yourself

Some work happens off-platform — a phone call, a coffee meeting, a handwritten note dropped off. You can log these manually so your record is complete:

  1. Open Activity from the left navigation.
  2. Click Log Activity and pick the activity type — call, showing, listing appointment, open house, prospecting, networking, follow-up, note, and more.
  3. Set the date and time, add a short note, and save. It joins the feed under Manual.

Timeline (inside a Realm)

Every Realm has its own Timeline — the chronological story of that one transaction. It pairs two things:

  • Milestones — the Realm's key stages and where you are in them, with a status dot for each (done, in progress, or upcoming).
  • Activity — each event in the Realm, with who did it and when.

Open a Realm and select Timeline to see it. It's the fastest way to get re-oriented on a Realm you haven't touched in a while, and the cleanest thing to share when a client or broker asks "where are we?"

Activity and Timeline entries are a permanent record — they're never edited or deleted. If something needs correcting, a new entry is added rather than changing the old one, so the history always tells the true story of what happened.
