Properties
Properties is where you work with homes on the market — searching the MLS, building a shortlist for a buyer, and keeping track of the ones worth watching. Open it from the left navigation (in the More menu). It's a hub with two tabs:
- Listings — search the market, build a working list, and share homes with clients. Agents also see From your MLS feed — the listings your connected MLS attributes to you. See Searching listings.
- Saved — the homes you (or a client) have favorited or watched, in one place.
Properties is fed by your MLS connection. Connect your MLS once and Realm can search the market and surface your own listings. See Connecting your MLS.
Who sees Properties
- Agents, team leads, and brokers get the Listings tab — search the market, keep a working list, and see the listings attributed to you.
- Clients get the Saved tab — the homes their agent shared or they favorited.
When only one tab applies to you, the tab strip hides itself and you land straight on your view.
Saved homes
The Saved tab collects every home you've favorited from a search, plus properties saved from a portal via the EVE browser extension. Each card shows the essentials and links back to the full listing (or out to the original source for a portal save). Add a note to a saved home to remember why it's on the list, and share it with a client in a click.
How Listings and REALMS relate
Your own seller listings are your seller REALMS — there's no separate "my listings" list to keep in sync. Reach them through the REALMS hub filtered to the seller side. The Listings tab here is the market view: every home for sale that your MLS returns, not just your own.
Pricing a listing
When a seller asks what their home is worth, the answer is a CMA Presentation: the subject property, a balanced grid of closed sales and live competition pulled from the same MLS feed that powers Listings, every figure citing where it came from, and a live web link you can revoke.
