The Studio

The Studio tab is the content-production workspace inside Marketing — where a post goes from idea to published. It carries its own second-tier row of stages so you can follow a piece of content through its life. EVE drafts; you review, edit, and approve before anything goes out.

The Studio stages

A slim segment row appears whenever you're on a Studio route:

  • Compose — the default view. Start a new post, or open one EVE suggested, and write/edit the copy and image. This is where you spend most of your time.
  • Suggested — content ideas EVE surfaced from your real-estate activity: a new listing, a price change, a closing, a market shift. Each one is a ready-to-edit starting point, not an auto-post.
  • Scheduled — everything lined up to publish, on a calendar. Scheduled posts also appear on your main Calendar.
  • Approvals — posts waiting on a sign-off before they publish (useful when a brokerage reviews agent content before it goes live).
  • Ready — approved and queued, ready to go out.
  • Campaigns — multi-post pushes grouped together — a listing's full promotion arc, a farming series — so related content ships as a set.

Content sources

A small Sources menu (top-right of the Studio) launches into the raw material EVE turns into posts:

  • Listings — promote a specific listing: EVE builds the listing promo from the property's own details.
  • Reviews — turn a client review into shareable social proof.

These are entry points, not stages — you jump in from a source, and the draft lands in Compose.

How a post flows

  1. Open Marketing → Studio (you land on Compose).
  2. Start fresh, pick something from Suggested, or launch from a Source (a listing or a review).
  3. Let EVE draft the copy and imagery in your brand voice, then edit.
  4. Schedule it for a date and time, or publish now. If your brokerage reviews content, it goes to Approvals first.
  5. Track it through Ready, then watch results in Analytics.

EVE never publishes on its own from a draft. Everything you see in the Studio is a proposal you approve — the same "EVE proposes, you approve" rule that runs across Realm. See Working with EVE.

Publishing to your channels

To publish from Realm, connect your social channels first (Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business) under Settings → Integrations. If a channel is briefly unreachable or a publish fails, the Studio keeps working and shows a small failed-publish count so you can retry — it never breaks the whole surface. See Integrations.
