Calendar invites
When you need to get a meeting on the calendar with a contact, EVE can do the whole thing in one step — send a proper calendar invite and put the appointment on your Realm calendar at the same time.
What EVE does
Ask EVE to send a calendar invite and it handles both sides of it:
- Emails a real invite to your contact. EVE builds a standard calendar invite (the kind Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar all recognize) and emails it to the contact so they can accept with one click. The invite goes out through your normal Connect email, so it lands in your thread with that person like any other message you sent.
- Adds the appointment to your calendar. At the same time, EVE creates the matching appointment on your Realm calendar, so the meeting shows up where you already track your day. It best-effort syncs to your connected external calendar too.
You give EVE the who, what, and when; it produces the invite and the appointment together.
Where you'll reach it
You'll find the Send Calendar Invite action right in the Connect thread with a contact — a compact panel next to the conversation, so you never leave the thread you're in.

When it can't send
EVE is honest when something's missing. If the contact has no email address on file, or the send fails, EVE tells you plainly what went wrong instead of pretending it worked — so you can fix it and try again.
