Connect — your communications hub

Connect is where every conversation lives in one place: email, text, and chat with clients, leads, co-agents, and your team. Instead of hopping between your phone, a separate email app, and a CRM, you work one inbox that already knows who each person is and which Realm they belong to.

What Connect brings together

  • Email — send and receive email from inside Realm, with templates and EVE-drafted replies. See Email.
  • Texting — send and receive texts tied to a contact or a Realm, so the back-and-forth lives next to the Realm. See Texting.
  • Chat — internal messages with your team and co-agents.
  • Your own inbox — connect Gmail or Outlook so Realm sends *as you* and keeps your real mailbox in sync. See Connecting your inbox.
  • The Inbox & Mail surfaces — the unified Inbox where every channel lands, plus the full webmail Mail app. See Inbox & Mail.

Why it's "one hub, many channels"

Connect groups conversations by person, not by channel. A single client thread can hold the email you sent Monday, the text they replied with Tuesday, and the chat note you left your TC — all in order. A rail on the left (Email · Chat · Text · Phone · Activity) lets you focus on one channel at a time, and a Scope filter slices the inbox by who you're talking to: All, Realm conversations, Leads, or Internal team threads.

Your conversations are private to you. A broker, team lead, or admin doesn't see a Connect thread unless they're added to it as a participant — messaging isn't an open book for the whole brokerage.

When you open a conversation, Connect shows whether that person is already tied to a Realm. If a client has a transaction in flight, you'll see it right in the conversation header — no digging required.

EVE in Connect

EVE watches your threads and helps you keep up:

  • Draft Follow-up with EVE — EVE writes a follow-up for the open thread and drops it into your composer for you to edit and send. Nothing sends without you.
  • Send Calendar Invite — turn "let's meet Thursday" into a real calendar invite the contact can accept, without leaving the thread. See Sending a calendar invite.
  • It flags conversations that are overdue for a reply so leads don't go cold.
