Getting started

What REALM is, where it works, and how to see it for yourself.

What is REALM?
REALM is the whole real estate business in one platform, CRM, transaction management, compliance, documents, e-signature, and client communication, and EVE is the team who runs it. She answers leads in seconds, keeps every file moving to a clean close, and tells you each morning what needs you. Instead of stitching four or five subscriptions together and still doing the work yourself, agents, teams, and brokerages run the whole business in one place.
Where is REALM available?
The full REALM platform is live today and rolling out one market at a time. If your market has not opened yet, sign up and we will notify you the moment it does. EVE X, the browser product, works anywhere in the country right now because it rides along on the tools you already use.
Can I try REALM without creating an account?
Yes. The demo is the live product loaded with sample data, in an agent or broker flavor, and it is read-only at the server, so you can click everything without changing anything. Start it from the Try Demo button on any page, or visit the demo page directly.
What is the difference between a Workspace, a Transaction, and a REALM?
Three things, and keeping them separate is core to how REALM works. A Workspace is your organization container: your members, billing, integrations, and settings. A Transaction is one property with one buyer or seller: your private working container, with the stages, documents, compliance, and tasks. A Realm is the shared room that Transaction opens, where the client, the co-op agent, the lender, title, and the service providers meet over the same set of facts. A Workspace contains many Transactions, and a Transaction opens at most one Realm.
Do I need to be a broker to use REALM?
No. Solo agents run REALM as a Personal setup with no broker layer at all. Teams and brokerages add shared visibility, compliance review, and admin controls on top. Assistants, transaction coordinators, and clients each get their own role and see only what they should.
Is there a free trial?
The EVE X plan includes a 14-day free trial, so you pay nothing today. The full REALM AGENT plan is $249 per seat per month with no contracts, so you can leave any month. The live demo lets you explore the whole platform before you commit.

Pricing & billing

Simple, flat pricing. No revenue share, no per-transaction fees.

How much does REALM cost?
Four plans. EVE X is $49 per month: EVE in your browser, working over the CRM and tools you already use. REALM Sign is $15 per user per month: standalone e-signature with unlimited envelopes. REALM AGENT is $249 per seat per month, solo or team, and includes the full system: transactions, compliance, communication, EVE, pipeline, and reporting. REALM BROKER uses published volume pricing: $179 per seat for 2 to 9 seats, $149 for 10 to 24, $79 for 25 to 99, and $59 at 100 or more, everything included with no platform fee.
Is EVE included, or is it an extra charge?
EVE is included in every Realm plan. It is the intelligence layer of the platform, not an add-on. You can also start with EVE X on its own for $49 per month and upgrade to the full platform whenever you are ready.
Does REALM take a cut of my commissions?
No. REALM is infrastructure, not a marketplace. There is no revenue share, no commission split, and no per-transaction fee. You pay a flat, predictable subscription and keep what you earn.
What does REALM replace?
The typical agent stack runs $170 to $300 or more per month: a CRM at $50 to $100, transaction management at $30 to $50, compliance or TC tools at $40 to $100, communication tools at $20 to $50, and a video meeting licence at $15 to $20 that almost every agent pays for separately. One REALM AGENT seat replaces all of it for $249, and the video is not a bolt-on: the meeting happens inside the transaction, with its documents open beside the call.
Who can change our billing?
Only the Workspace owner. Admins can run the brokerage day to day, but plan, seat, and payment changes route to the owner. Billing lives in the app under Settings, then Billing, where you can change plans, update a card, or download invoices.
Does my plan decide what I can do inside REALM?
No. Your plan is about what you pay. What you can actually do is decided by your role and capabilities inside your Workspace, not by a plan name or seat count. A broker's compliance powers come from being a broker, not from a pricing tier.

Transactions & REALMS

Every transaction is its own contained world, and each one can open a shared room for the people in it.

What exactly is a Transaction?
A Transaction is a single transaction container: one property with one buyer or seller relationship. Inside it live the documents, the people (agent, client, TC, vendors), the milestones and key dates, the messages, and the compliance state for that transaction. Nothing leaks between Transactions.
What is a REALM, and how is it different from a Transaction?
The Transaction is yours: the private working container where you run the file. The Realm is the shared room it opens, and it is where everyone else meets the transaction. Your client, the agent on the other side, the lender, title and escrow, and the service providers each get a role-appropriate view of the same record rather than their own copy of it, so nobody is working from a forwarded PDF. Guests join by link with no account, and taking part in a Realm is free to them, always.
Can I meet my client and the other side inside the REALM?
Yes. A Realm does video, audio and screen share in the browser, inside the transaction, so the call happens where the documents and the dates already are. Start one with a single button, or schedule it and every invitee gets a real calendar invite they can accept in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. A scheduled meeting can repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly as one series, because a Realm's room is persistent and the recurring meeting is the same room you re-enter.
Does everyone need an account or an app to join a meeting?
No. Your client, the co-op agent, the lender and title join from the same guest link that admits them to the Realm. No account to create, no seat to buy, no app to install, and no card. Taking part is free to them, always. Revoking their link ends both their access to the room and their access to its meetings.
Is a REALM meeting recorded?
No. No audio or video is captured or stored, and that is enforced where the join is granted rather than only hidden in the interface. If your brokerage has EVE notes switched on, the host can ask EVE to take WRITTEN notes instead: each person's own device transcribes only that person's own microphone, and only after they personally agree, so nothing anywhere is listening to the room. Someone who declines simply is not transcribed, and the notes say plainly whose words are absent from them.
Who gets EVE's meeting notes?
Whoever the host chooses, one name at a time. When the meeting ends the host sees the summary, the commitments EVE heard, and who was and was not transcribed, then ticks who receives it. Nothing is pre-selected and nothing sends on its own, and only the summary and the commitments go out, never the transcript. That is deliberate: a Realm meeting routinely has the other side of the transaction in it, so who receives an account of it is a decision, not a default.
Can we look at a document together during the meeting?
Yes, and this is the part a video app cannot do. The transaction's own documents are listed beside the call, and opening one puts it next to the video so everyone reads and scrolls it themselves instead of watching your cursor. You can expand it, go full screen for a dense contract, and add a document to the Realm without leaving the meeting. Screen share is there as well for anything that is not in the transaction, though sharing a screen does not work in any browser on an iPhone or iPad, which is an Apple restriction rather than ours.
Can a meeting be for only some of the people in the REALM?
Yes. By default a meeting is for everyone in the Realm, which is the common case. When it should not be, pick the people it is for, and that is an access decision rather than just who received the email: everyone else is refused at the door even though they can reach the Realm. It is what makes a team-only conversation inside a client's transaction possible.
How do I create a Transaction?
From your Transactions page, start a new one and answer a short intake (property, side, key dates). A lead in your pipeline also becomes a Transaction when it goes under contract, so the history travels with it. Your broker can customize the intake questions for the whole brokerage.
Who can be part of a Transaction, and what can they see?
You add members with per-transaction roles: co-agents, assistants, transaction coordinators, clients, and vendors. A person's role inside one Transaction is separate from their role in the Workspace, so a TC can run documents on one transaction without gaining brokerage-wide authority.
How do milestones and key dates work?
Each Transaction tracks its contract date, close date, and the milestones between them, with tasks attached. EVE watches those dates: it flags what is late or at risk, and as a closing approaches it can prepare a reassuring on-track update for your client.
Does REALM handle listings as well as buyer transactions?
Yes. REALM supports both sides, with Transaction Templates (reusable transaction recipes) for buyer purchases and seller listings. A listing Transaction can link to your MLS listing, and a Coming Soon Transaction can flip to Active automatically when the listing goes live on the MLS or hits its planned go-live date.
Can I see all my transactions in one view?
Your Transactions page shows every active transaction with its stage, health, and what needs attention, and your pipeline shows the lead-to-contract journey before that. Brokers get the same picture across every agent in the brokerage.

Compliance & broker review

Compliance that fits how your brokerage actually governs, from solo agent to full broker review.

How does compliance work in REALM?
It adapts to who holds compliance authority for you. A solo independent agent gets useful checklists with no enforced review. An agent whose brokerage runs compliance elsewhere gets an advisory checklist. A brokerage that manages compliance natively in REALM gets the full engine: required documents, broker review, stage gates, and automations.
What is broker review?
A single queue where the broker (or a delegate) reviews each Transaction's file: documents in, signatures verified, items approved or returned with notes. REALM pre-sorts the queue into clean files and files needing attention, so review time goes where it matters.
Can EVE actually check the contents of a document?
Yes, as an advisor. On demand, EVE reads the document text against the Transaction's facts and reports concrete issues: a blank signature line, a date that does not match the contract, a name or address mismatch. Findings never decide anything on their own. The broker always makes the call.
What are compliance packs and document packs?
A document pack is a checklist of the documents a Transaction requires. A compliance pack is the enforcement layer on top: broker rules, stage gates, and automations, typically state-specific. EVE can draft a state-specific compliance pack for your broker to review and adopt.
How does a broker see compliance across the whole brokerage?
The compliance health view rolls up the entire organization: overall compliance percentage, outstanding and aging items, and exceptions by agent and by Transaction, with a plain-language explanation of what is driving the number rather than a wall of stats.
Does REALM track licenses and E&O insurance?
Yes. Broker credentials tracks each agent's license and E&O currency, and a daily sweep nudges the broker when anything expires within 30 days, before it becomes a problem on an active transaction.
Does REALM help with the Clear Cooperation Policy?
Yes. When public marketing starts on a listing, REALM starts the clock, computes the business-day deadline for MLS submission, and notifies both the agent and the broker as the deadline approaches or passes. The status is visible on the compliance desk.
Can I see what the AI did across my brokerage?
Yes. The AI Activity Record on the compliance desk shows every AI action in one place: who or what acted, for which contact and transaction, on what channel, what was held for human review, and which MLS data uses are authorized. Entries are append-only and never edited after the fact; a correction is a new entry.
What happens if my MLS or insurance carrier asks how we use AI?
You export the record. One click produces an attestation packet for any period: the activity ledger as a spreadsheet plus a summary carrying the per-MLS authorization table and plain statements of what the packet does and does not contain. Every export is fingerprinted and logged, so a packet can be matched to its export event later. Message bodies are not in the packet; full content stays sealed per-transaction in the Vault.
Does EVE put MLS listing data into AI models?
Not unless that specific MLS has expressly authorized it in writing and the authorization is recorded. The control is per MLS, denied by default, and enforced in code rather than by policy. It also fails closed: an unknown or unconfigured source is treated as denied. Your feed still powers search and listing display exactly as licensed.

E-signature & forms

Built-in signing and a forms library that fills itself out.

Does REALM include e-signature?
Yes, signing is built in. You send documents for signature in packets directly from a Transaction, signers get a clean signing experience, and the executed document lands back in the Transaction's file with a full audit history. There is no separate e-signature subscription to buy.
How does the Forms Library work?
Your broker loads blank form templates once. REALM reads each form: PDFs with real fillable fields are mapped automatically, and flat or e-sign-prepared PDFs get fields auto-placed next to their detected labels. When an agent uses a form, it autofills from the Transaction and its contacts, so agents never place fields or retype the address.
Do I have to place signature fields by hand?
Usually not. REALM places signature, date, and initial fields automatically using the document's own tagged fields when they exist, learned layouts, and label detection. You can adjust anything before sending, and REALM remembers your final layout for that form, so the next time it is right from the start.
Can I split one combined PDF into separate documents?
Yes. Upload the combined packet, mark the page ranges, and each range becomes its own real document, classified and linked to the matching requirement. The original stays in the file as superseded, never deleted.
What happens when I upload a document?
EVE reads the document text and classifies it against your brokerage's document types, then links it to the matching requirement on the Transaction. If EVE is unsure, it asks instead of guessing, and you can always reassign a document yourself.
Is there a record of who touched a document?
Yes. Every document carries an append-only audit history of access and changes, and every signature event is recorded. Nothing in that history can be edited after the fact. Corrections create new entries rather than rewriting old ones.

EVE

The intelligence layer of REALM: one operating partner across your whole business.

What is EVE?
EVE is the intelligence layer built into REALM: one operating partner that appears across your briefing, your inbox, your Transactions, and your documents. EVE watches your business, tells you what matters, drafts what comes next, and flags what is missing. It is part of REALM, not a separate product bolted on.
What does EVE actually do for me each day?
Every morning EVE hands you a short, prioritized briefing: who is waiting on your reply, what is slipping, promises you made and have not delivered, opportunities hiding in your inbox, relationships going quiet, and today's meetings with prep ready. Through the day EVE drafts follow-ups, preps meetings, and watches deadlines.
Does EVE send messages on its own?
Only if you tell it to, and only for routine work. In Suggest mode EVE surfaces recommendations and nothing more. In Guided mode EVE drafts the message and waits for your approval. In Autopilot mode EVE sends clearly-owed routine follow-ups and reports back. In every mode, sensitive topics such as offers, pricing, contracts, complaints, and opt-outs always come to you. That rule does not bend.
Who controls how much EVE does?
You do. You pick Suggest, Guided, or Autopilot in your settings. In a team or brokerage, the broker sets a ceiling for the Workspace, and each member picks their own mode at or below it, so a brokerage can standardize without forcing every agent to work the same way.
How does EVE know what it knows?
EVE is grounded in your real record: your messages, contacts, Transactions, documents, and calendar. Every action EVE prepares cites its source, so you can see exactly why it is recommending something. When EVE cannot cite a source, it asks instead of acting.
Does EVE remember what my clients tell me?
Yes. EVE keeps durable, decision-shaping facts a contact mentioned, such as preferences, constraints, timelines, and life events, the details a CRM never stores. Those memories resurface exactly when they matter: in meeting prep, in drafts, and when a matching property appears.
What is Meeting Prep?
Before a meeting, EVE assembles a brief on the person: a summary of where things stand, open questions, talking points, risks, their stated preferences, and the recommended next step, grounded in your actual conversations and open promises. You walk in already caught up.
Can I see what EVE has done?
Always. Every EVE action is written to an append-only log, so there is no black box. The Wins view goes further: it shows what EVE told you, what you did, and what happened, plus the time it saved you, so you can judge EVE on results.

EVE X

EVE in your browser, inside the CRM and portals you already use. No migration.

What is EVE X?
EVE X is the browser extension that brings EVE into the tools you already use. While you work in your CRM or browse listing portals, EVE reads the page in front of you, matches the person to someone you know, remembers what they told you, and shows the one or two moves worth making.
Which tools does EVE X work with?
The CRMs agents actually use, including Follow Up Boss, Brivity, kvCORE, Lofty, BoldTrail, and Command; the portals, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com; MLS systems on FlexMLS, Matrix, Paragon, Rapattoni, and more; plus your email and calendar.
Do I have to replace my CRM to use it?
No. EVE X rides along on top of whatever you already use. There is no migration, no data import, and no new workflow to learn. Install the extension, connect your inbox, and tomorrow morning your day is already triaged.
What can EVE X actually see?
Only what is on the pages you open while the extension is active. It does not crawl your accounts in the background. It reads the page in front of you and remembers the parts that matter to your relationships, tied to your own account and never shared with other agents.
How does the property matching work?
When you are on a listing or a search, EVE reads it and matches it against your clients' budgets, target areas, and stated preferences, then tells you which buyers would want it and exactly why, for example acreage, no HOA, and budget fit.
Does EVE X work outside my market?
Yes, everywhere. EVE X is not market-gated because it works on top of your existing tools. The market-by-market rollout applies to the full REALM platform, not to EVE X.

EVE Talk

EVE answering your leads: a real conversation in seconds, qualified and booked, handed to you when it matters.

What is EVE Talk?
EVE Talk is EVE holding the conversation with your leads. When a lead replies, to a drip, a follow-up, or out of the blue, EVE answers in seconds and keeps answering turn after turn: it qualifies (timeline, financing, area, motivation), proposes appointment times, books the meeting with a real calendar invite, and hands the thread to you the moment it earns a human. It is the same EVE that runs the rest of REALM, so the conversation is grounded in the real relationship, not a script.
Does EVE Talk work with my leads and channels?
Yes. EVE Talk works the leads that land in REALM, from your lead sources, your website, and your routed buckets, and holds the conversation over email and text. Standalone subscribers connect their own Gmail or Outlook for email conversations on day one; SMS is available once a REALM phone number is provisioned for your account.
What happens when a lead asks about price or something sensitive?
The conversation comes to you. Every reply EVE writes passes an escalation gate before it can send, and pricing, offers, contract and legal questions, financing distress, complaints, and opt-outs always route to a human with a summary. That holds in every autonomy mode and cannot be switched off.
Can I take over a conversation?
Any time, with one tap from the thread. EVE stands down instantly and shows you what it has learned so far, and you can hand the thread back when you are done. EVE also hands off on its own when a lead asks for you by name, asks whether it is a bot, or when the appointment books.
Does EVE control my calendar?
No, you do. You set booking rules for each day of the week: your working hours, minimum notice, buffer between appointments, and whether that day is book-it, ask-me-first, or never (weekends start as ask-first). EVE only proposes times that fit those rules and clear your real REALM calendar, so nothing double-books, and on an ask-first day EVE tells the lead it will confirm with you and brings you the request to approve instead of booking it.
Do leads know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. EVE introduces itself as your assistant in its first message and every turn is signed as EVE in the thread. There is no fake human persona. We think trust survives honesty, and a fast, useful answer from a disclosed assistant beats a slow one from nobody.
What does EVE Talk cost?
EVE Talk is included in REALM AGENT at $249 per seat per month. On its own, EVE Talk is $99 per month, no contract, cancel any month. Comparable standalone AI ISA products are commonly quoted at several times that.

CRM & Connect

Email, texting, and calls in one thread per person, next to the work.

What is Connect?
Connect is REALM's communication layer: email, texting, and calls in one place, organized by person. A text you send from a transaction and an email you send from the contact page land in the same thread, in order, so the whole relationship reads as one conversation.
Can I use my own email address?
Yes. Connect your Gmail or Outlook and REALM sends from your address and ingests your threads, so EVE can spot who is waiting on a reply. Mail stays fresh with an automatic sync every few minutes plus real-time push, with no manual sync button to remember.
Does REALM do texting and calling?
Yes. Text clients and leads from inside REALM, with every message tied to the contact and, when relevant, the transaction. Click-to-call places the call and logs it to the contact's record automatically, so the conversation history stays complete.
What are drips, and can I make my own?
Drips are multi-touch nurture sequences EVE runs for you, for example a new-lead sequence or a stale-lead revival. Brokerages can install proven sequences from the built-in library or describe what they want and have EVE draft a custom drip, which is validated before it can ever run.
How does lead routing work?
Connect your lead sources and set routing rules: send a lead to a specific agent, round-robin across a team, or into a named lead bucket. The moment a rule assigns a lead, EVE sends the first-touch follow-up and creates a task so nothing sits cold.
How does REALM handle duplicate contacts?
New contacts de-duplicate automatically: if you already own a contact with the same email, REALM reuses it and fills in only the blanks instead of creating a copy. For older duplicates, a merge tool finds likely matches among your own contacts and lets you merge them safely. It never touches another agent's contacts.
Can I send a real calendar invite?
Yes. From any conversation you can send a proper calendar invite your client can accept from their own calendar app, and the appointment lands on your REALM calendar at the same time. EVE will even remind you when you promised someone an invite and have not sent it.

Agent websites & marketing

A branded public presence with the follow-through built in.

Does REALM include an agent website?
Yes. Every agent gets a branded public site with their listings, testimonials, and a lead form that feeds straight into their REALM contacts, so a website inquiry becomes a routed, followed-up lead instead of an email you find next week.
Can I see how my website is performing?
Yes. Built-in analytics show views, visitors, top pages, referrers, and the leads your site produced over the last 30 days, with no cookies and no visitor tracking to configure. If you already use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Bing, add your IDs and the official tags are injected for you.
Can I show my Google reviews?
Yes. Connect your Google Business Profile and REALM imports your reviews. You choose which ones appear on your website, and the Studio can turn a great review into a social post.
What is the Marketing Studio?
The Studio is where EVE drafts marketing content in your voice: social posts, announcements, and review-based content, with scheduled publishing to your connected accounts and an audit trail of everything that went out.
What are home valuation reports?
Branded monthly home intelligence reports you send past clients and prospects: a confident value range, comparable sales ranked by similarity, equity position, and market movement, arriving automatically with your name on it. Every open is a warm seller lead back to you, instead of a one-time calculator visit.

The Vault & security

Permanent, tamper-evident records and a platform built for audit.

What is the Vault?
The Vault is permanent, tamper-proof storage for completed Transactions. When a transaction is done, you vault it: the documents, signatures, compliance state, and full history are sealed exactly as they were, for as long as your retention policy requires. Think of it as the locked filing cabinet for closed transactions.
When can a Transaction be vaulted?
Once it has closed and cleared broker review. Ready Transactions appear under Ready to Vault, and a person, typically the broker, seals each one deliberately. Vaulting is one-way by design: a sealed record cannot be quietly altered later, which is the entire point.
How do I know a vaulted record has not been tampered with?
Vaulted documents are written to locked storage that physically rejects overwrites and deletes, with integrity checks verified on a schedule. The Vault Health and Certifications views show the proof: every record's integrity status, retention date, and any legal hold.
What about retention requirements and legal holds?
Each vaulted record carries its retention period, standard, extended, or permanent depending on policy, and records can be placed under legal hold. Retention is enforced by the storage itself, not by a setting someone could flip.
Can audit history be edited?
No. REALM's audit trails are append-only across the platform: document history, compliance decisions, and EVE's actions. Corrections create new entries that reference the original, and the original is never altered. That is what makes the answer to what happened, when, and who did it trustworthy.
Is my data private?
Your data is yours. REALM never sells it and never shares one agent's relationships with another agent. EVE stores only what it needs to help you, tied to your own account. Demo sessions are enforced read-only at the server, so demo visitors can never touch real data.

Teams & brokerages

Visibility, standards, and control across every agent, without taking their commissions.

What does the Brokerage plan add?
Everything in REALM AGENT plus the broker layer: a compliance dashboard across every transaction, multi-agent oversight, admin controls, brokerage reporting, multi-office support, custom onboarding, priority support, and a demo sandbox for recruiting and training. Pricing is a published volume ladder: $179 per seat for 2 to 9 seats, $149 for 10 to 24, $79 for 25 to 99, and $59 at 100 or more. No platform fee.
How do teams work?
Brokers create teams inside the Workspace, assign members and roles, and set team defaults. Leads can route round-robin across a team, and team leads get the visibility they need without full brokerage authority.
We have several offices. Can REALM model that?
Yes. Offices are a location-based layer above teams: each office has its own designated broker, agents, and Transactions, so compliance and reporting can be filtered by location while the brokerage stays one Workspace.
Does REALM handle commission plans?
Yes. Brokers create commission plans, set a default, assign agents, and record per-agent overrides, with every change captured in an append-only audit trail. Agents see their effective plan; nothing is hidden math.
Can REALM help me recruit agents?
Yes. The recruiting pipeline tracks candidates from first contact through signing: schedule interviews with real calendar invites, and have EVE prepare an interview brief from the recruit's profile and resume, including production, brokerage history, and talking points.
Can the broker control how autonomous EVE is for agents?
Yes. The broker sets the Workspace autonomy ceiling: the most EVE may do for anyone in the brokerage. Each agent then picks Suggest, Guided, or Autopilot at or below that ceiling. High-stakes topics route to a human in every mode regardless.

Partner program

Earn recurring income for spreading the word. Questions to [email protected].

What is the REALM Partner program?
REALM's partner program for coaches, creators, and connectors in real estate. You get a personal tracking link and promo code, and you earn a recurring share of every subscription payment your referrals make. Joining is free and your link works the minute you are in.
How much do I earn?
The standard plan pays 25% of every subscription payment a person you referred makes to REALM, for their first 12 months. If your referral pays $249 a month, you earn about $62.25 every month they stay. That is per referral, with no cap on how many people you refer.
How does REALM know a signup came from me?
When you join you get a personal tracking link and a promo code. Anyone who visits REALM through your link, or enters your code, is tagged to you for 90 days, last touch wins. If they subscribe inside that window, the referral is yours.
When does a commission actually count?
A commission is created the moment your referral pays an invoice. It then qualifies after a 30-day hold and your referral's second paid invoice, which protects everyone from instant-refund churn. Qualified commissions are approved by the REALM team, and approved commissions are what get paid out.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts run through Stripe. You connect your own bank account from the Payouts page with a quick Stripe identity check, which is also how tax reporting is handled, and approved commissions are transferred to you. Your dashboard shows every commission's exact status the whole way: pending, qualified, approved, paid.
What happens if my referral cancels or refunds?
Commissions come from real paid invoices, so if a referral cancels, future commissions simply stop and you keep everything already earned. A refunded invoice reverses its commission. Nothing is ever clawed back silently; every adjustment appears in your ledger.
Can I refer myself or my own brokerage account?
No. Self-referrals are automatically disqualified. Referring other people at your brokerage, your coaching clients, or your audience is exactly what the program is for.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there is no application or quiz, and your tracking link works the minute you are in. Payouts do require a quick approval by the REALM team the first time. That is a fraud check, not a gate on your link.
Where do I see my numbers?
Your partner dashboard shows clicks, referrals, and conversions on your links, every commission with its status, and your full payout history. If a number is on your dashboard, it is the same number REALM operates on. There is no separate partner math.

Data import & switching

Bring your book with you, and take it with you if you ever leave.

Can I import my contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and import it in Settings, with ready-made presets for Follow Up Boss, Brivity, BoldTrail (kvCORE), and Lofty (Chime), plus a generic mapper for anything else. The flow is upload, map fields, review a dry run, then import, so you see exactly what will happen before anything is written.
Will importing create duplicates?
No. Every imported row runs through the same de-duplication as the rest of REALM: a contact you already own with the same email is updated in place, filling only blank fields, never overwriting what you have. Stages and sources from your old CRM are translated onto REALM's, with safe fallbacks.
Can I get my data back out?
Yes, any time. Export your contacts, tasks, and Transactions as CSV from Settings. Agents export their own book; brokers and admins can widen an export to the whole brokerage. Your data is never held hostage.
Do I have to switch everything on day one?
No. Many agents start with EVE X riding along on their existing CRM, then move to the full platform at their own pace. When you do, your contacts import in one pass and everything EVE already learned comes with you.
Does REALM work with dotloop or SkySlope?
Yes. REALM includes dotloop and SkySlope connections that push a Transaction's completed documents into your dotloop loop or SkySlope file, so a brokerage that still requires one of those systems gets its copy while REALM stays your source of truth. Connections activate per account as provider access is enabled.
How big can an import be?
Up to 10 MB and 20,000 rows per CSV file, with honest, specific errors if a file is oversized or malformed, never a silent partial import. Larger books simply import in more than one file.

Support & availability

Every path ends at a person.

How do I get help?
Email [email protected] any time, or use the Support page, which routes you by where you are: evaluating REALM, already a customer, partnering with us, or reporting a problem. Every path ends at a person.
I am locked out or forgot my password. What do I do?
Reset it yourself from the forgot-password page at realm.realty/auth/forgot. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, use the same sign-in button you signed up with; there is no separate password to reset.
Is REALM available in my state?
The full platform is live for agents and brokerages today, rolling out one market at a time. If your market has not opened yet, sign up to be notified the moment it does. EVE X works everywhere right now.
Something failed to load. Did I break it?
Almost certainly not. REALM degrades gracefully: a surface that cannot reach a service shows the last-known state or a retry, never a raw error. Try again, and if it persists, tell us at [email protected] with what you were doing and we will chase it down.
Who do I contact about the Partner program?
Write to [email protected] for anything partner-related: joining, links and promo codes, commissions, or payouts. The Partner program page also answers the most common program questions.
