Recruiting

Recruiting is the brokerage's agent-hiring pipeline — the same stage-by-stage board you use for clients, pointed at the agents you're trying to bring on. It's a tab on the People hub (People · Leads · Referrals · Recruiting) and is broker- and team-lead-only.

The recruiting pipeline

Each candidate is a card that moves through hiring stages: Call, Contact, Meet & Greet, Screening, Follow Up, Recruiting Appt, Signing Appt, Signed, and Lost. Drag a card to move it, or use the list view. A summary strip shows how many candidates are active and the estimated GCI they'd bring — so you can see the value in your funnel, not just the names.

A recruit's profile

Open a candidate in the slide-over to capture the things that matter when you're courting an agent:

  • Current brokerage, years of experience, and specialties.
  • Production — units and volume over the last 12 months, current split, and estimated GCI.
  • License number, state, and expiration.
  • Source, notes, and LinkedIn.

Resume upload and viewer

Each candidate has a Resume section. Upload a PDF and it renders inline right there in the slide-over — no downloading and switching apps to read it. The resume also gives EVE more to work with when it prepares your interview (below). Non-PDF files still attach; a PDF just gets the inline preview.

Prepare interview with EVE

Every candidate has a Prepare interview with EVE action. EVE reads the candidate's profile — current brokerage, production, GCI, split, license, your notes — plus the text of any resume on file, and drafts an interview plan:

  • A short summary of who the candidate is.
  • Suggested questions, grouped by topic.
  • Why your brokerage — talking points tuned to this candidate.
  • Probe in the interview — things worth digging into.
  • A recommended next step.

The brief cites what it was grounded in, so you can see whether it read the resume or just the profile fields. Regenerate any time you've added new information. If EVE can't draft it right now, you get a plain message and a retry — never a broken panel.

Recruiting is broker and team-lead only. If you don't see the tab, your role doesn't include the brokerage hiring function.
