EVE Talk — EVE answers your leads
Status: live
EVE Talk is the part of EVE that talks to your leads — by text, by email, and, when you miss a call, by phone. A lead who reaches out gets a real answer in seconds instead of waiting for you to get out of a showing, and you get the whole conversation on the record.
It's included in REALM AGENT, and it's also sold on its own for agents who aren't on the full platform yet.
What she actually does
- Answers immediately. A new lead texts, emails, or calls; EVE responds in seconds, at any hour.
- Holds a real conversation. Not one canned auto-reply — she answers follow-up questions turn after turn.
- Qualifies. Timeline, financing, area, motivation — worked into the conversation naturally, one question at a time.
- Proposes showing times. From your calendar and your booking rules (see below), never a generic "when works for you?".
- Hands off to you the moment it needs a human.
She always says she's an assistant
EVE introduces herself as your assistant on her first message, every time. She never pretends to be you. This isn't configurable — it's the posture the product is built on.
The three modes
Set per workspace under Workflows → Automations (the EVE Talk card), or in Broker Settings → EVE alongside the rest of the catalog:
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Suggest | EVE surfaces what she would say. Nothing sends. |
| Guided | EVE drafts every reply and creates an approval task. You approve, it sends. |
| Autopilot | EVE replies on her own. |
EVE Talk ships off. Turning it on is a deliberate choice, and Guided is the right place to start — you'll see exactly what she'd say before a single message goes out.
The ceiling she can't cross
In every mode, including Autopilot, some things always go to you:
- price, offers, or negotiation
- contract terms
- legal questions
- a complaint, or a frustrated lead
- anyone asking to speak to a person
When a conversation trips that line, EVE stops replying, hands it to you, and tells you why. Autopilot does not override this.
Your booking rules
Under Settings → Calendar → EVE booking guidelines:
- your timezone and weekly working hours
- minimum notice before a showing
- buffer between appointments
- per-day policy: book (she can confirm), confirm with me first, or never
She reads your real calendar, so she won't double-book you. On a "confirm with me first" day she'll offer the time but tell the lead she's confirming with you — and it lands as an approval on your side, even on Autopilot.
Taking over
Open the conversation in Connect. The thread rail shows an EVE handling chip with Take over and Resume, plus a What EVE has learned card with everything she picked up — timeline, budget, preferences. Taking over stops her mid-conversation; resuming hands it back.
When you miss a call
Turn on EVE answers missed calls under Settings → Calendar → EVE booking guidelines. When you don't pick up, EVE answers as your assistant instead of voicemail: she helps the caller, greets known contacts by name, and can offer showing times straight from your booking rules and calendar — always as options you confirm, never a hard booking. You get the transcript, a notification, and a follow-up task when the caller asked to schedule. Price, contract, and legal questions always come to you. Leave it off and callers get your voicemail exactly as before.
