Production & goals
Production is your scoreboard — the running picture of your business this year and how it's tracking against your goals. It pulls your closed and in-flight REALMS together so you always know where you stand.
What Production shows
- Stats strip — your headline numbers: closed volume, pending volume, units, and income for the year so far.
- Sales funnel — how prospects move from first contact through appointments, signed transactions, pendings, and closings — so you can see where things convert and where they leak.
- Goals grid — each goal you've set, your actual against the target, and your pace toward it.
- Closings breakdown — your closings split by side (buyer vs. seller) and by source, plus a month-by-month chart of how the year is building.
Setting your goals
Your annual targets drive the goals grid. You can set targets for the things you steer your year by, such as:
- Net income for the year
- Closed volume and closed units
- Pended units
- Listings taken and signings
To set or update them, open the Goals settings from the Production view, enter your targets, and save. Production immediately recalculates your pace against the new numbers.
Keeping your numbers complete
Most of your production fills in automatically as Realms close. Two tools keep the picture accurate:
- Log a transaction — record a closed transaction that happened outside Realm (or before you started) so your totals reflect your real year.
- Historical overrides — adjust prior-period figures when you're reconciling against your own records.
Open the matching panel from the Production view to use either.
Production is the Production tab inside Reporting. The older /dashboard/production link still works and lands you here.
How to review your production
- Open Reporting from the left navigation.
- Select the Production tab.
- Scan the stats strip for the headline, then the funnel for conversion.
- Check the goals grid to see your pace, and adjust targets if needed.
