Compliance health
Compliance health is the brokerage-wide read on where your document compliance stands: an overall compliance percentage, what's outstanding, how old the backlog is, which agents are behind, and which Realms are exceptions worth attention. It's the dashboard a managing broker checks to answer "are we in good shape, and if not, where do I start?"
Open it from the Compliance desk header (Compliance → Health). It's a brokerage-level view, so it's for brokers and admins with org-wide authority.
What it shows
- Overall compliance — the percentage of required documents that are approved across every active Realm in your brokerage, plus the raw counts (approved, outstanding, pending review) behind it.
- Realms at risk — how many Realms have outstanding requirements, so a headline number tells you the size of the problem.
- Aging — how long documents have been sitting pending review, bucketed by age (0–3 days, 4–7, 8–14, 15+). A growing older bucket is your signal that review is falling behind.
- By agent — a per-agent breakdown: how many Realms, their compliance percentage, what's outstanding, and their oldest pending item. This is how you spot the agent who needs help before it becomes a liability.
- Exceptions — the specific Realms that stand out (lots outstanding, an old pending item, a close date bearing down), each with a plain reason so you know why it's on the list.
The narrative
Instead of leaving you to read a grid of numbers, EVE writes a short, plain-language summary at the top — where the brokerage stands and what to focus on first. It's the same numbers, explained.
Every figure here is read live from your Realms and their document requirements — there's no separate scorecard to keep up to date. That also means it always reflects reality: approve a stack of documents and the percentage moves the next time you load the page.
If the analytics can't be computed for a moment, the page still renders with what it has rather than breaking — a calm, useful read is the whole point.
